Excellent descriptive estimate with photographs. Turned up on time to carry out work, as agreed. Job completed within timeframe agreed and photographs provided showing work as it progressed and when completed. All mess removed and site left clean and tidy. End product looks ok and I just wait a downpour of rain to be absolutely certain it won't leak but I am pretty confident it won't and it's covered by a good, insurance backed, guarantee. We had them in to install insulation in our upstairs floor, replace the sub floor, replace some lights, install a loft hatch, and board out our loft. On top of this they discovered a problem in our roof that they fixed. We were incredibly impressed by all of the staff that attended on site. They were friendly, polite at all times, and worked really hard, to a high standard. I couldn't recommend James and his team more, and we've already started talking to them about a further project.
