This guy has installed my electric wiring need but unfinished the job. Charged me more than full price but very unorganized and poor work. He even openly exposed the plug which has been exploded after a few months he installed this. Extremely horrible guy! No one should hire him ever.

Rob did an excellent job replacing the storage heaters with electric heaters and installing a new one in the kitchen. My only criticism is that I was not contacted when the old ceiling was removed and more work was required to get a professional finish to the job. As a result I am having to bring in another plasterer to make the ceiling and wall meet!

However, failure to respond to repeated requests for certification of the work done and subsequently being advised that my consumer unit had been left in a dangerous state means that this has to be revised. A few weeks after the repair the first problem occurred, I called them but they wanted to charge me a call out fee of £49.00 to have a look at it after I paid £150.00 to have it repaired. I refused thus called a different locksmith who noted that the cylinder was too short for the new lock and page security should have known this and changed it while fitting the new lock. Now I have a temperamental lock that works 1/20 called them again and was told I have to pay £49.00 to have someone look at it.
