Do not use this company. We'd just been burgled and so it was very urgent we got the lock changed ASAP (as advised by police). They came out promptly to quote, and in order to secure the work required an upfront non-refundable payment. When they turned up to do the work the quote had increased. Due to the non-rundable deposit we were tied into using them. The electronic door release didn't work, and when they came back to fix it, they caimed we'd broken it (even though it had never worked). They charged for this call out! They quoted to replace the broken part (£150). They remind me of AAAA1 Plumbers from the Yellow Pages in the 1980s! I decieded to take the pragmatic approach & cut my loses and have since sourced the replacment part (for £40) myself. I've given 3* on relaibility purley on the fact they will come out at a moments notice (chargable of course).
