Greg contacted me within 30 minutes of putting the job on the rated people site. Within a further 90 minutes he had come to the house given me a quote and agreed a day to do the job. Was efficient, tidy and would use again.

greg called the day I posted the job and after accepting he has not turned up three days in a row and never called me back once to explain I have had to chase him, ive given up now

Given a client time which wasn't suitable for him due to him not having materials ready. Advised that it is a very busy time of the year but will try to complete the work asap. Next I know, above review comes in.

gk purchased the job knowing I had all the materials and when called booked in for Monday I understand thinks happen but to not phone is unacceptable as was the same Tuesday and wednesday
