Job didn't last long, started leaking again when it rained heavy. wasted money. Another company looked at the chimney and flat roof and politely described the job as done by cons, using this site to get quick cash from urgent jobs, which if not done professionally costs more in the long run. The banter is part of the deception.

SP Groundwork arrived at time agreed and carried out the necessary resulting in a transformed outdoor area. The work was completed on time despite there being heavy rain during the week. Scott quoted and charged a fair & satisfactory price. I am very pleased with the result. Scott has agreed to carry out additional groundwork to other external areas of the property. When I was told that Mark and his team would be at our house before we left for work at 7am, I couldn't believe it! But they stuck to their word; they showed up early, did a fantastic job and cleaned up after themselves. Would definitely recommend them.

Came and visited measured up and said would get back to me with a price. Shook handsthis clearly doesn't mean anything to them. I got the price by text. I agreed and said by text I needed someone you can rely on. The reply by text was you can rely on us we agreed a date and time, I took time off work, I rang emailed and left a voice mail and text to see where they were when they didn't show.I'm still waiting, they are not even polite enough to let me know they couldn't come or didn't want the job.

these guys havn.t a clue .. overcharged.. had massive leek after they had been coming through kitchen ceiling. they came back out. and supposed to have fixed their mistake. 15 min later still leaking ... never picked up my calls .. then they turner their phone off. . job finished by another plumber I had to call. all it needed was new waste pipe. 90 pound job cost me 220. don't let these plumbers loose on your plumbing.....

Luke gave a decent quote for some roof, paving & fence work. What they did complete was good, but they did not finish the job. Communication was very frustrating and I had to constantly chase for updates. I stupidly paid the full balance after the garden was complete, but before the roof work was. It's now 9 weeks on & despite repeated assurances that they will come back (and me offering a further £200 to complete the roof work), I do not believe they intend to return. 3/5

Good job done on the garden. I would Advise getting a written, binding quote for all work before commencement. If jet washing is to be done and hose runs through the house be ready with lots of towels as kartcha leaks

After 9 month of the pointing being undertaken, part are starting to fall out. I have tried to contact the tradesman via phone and email but get no response (call terminated/no reply to email via ratedpeople or direct). Very dissappionted with the workmanship and total lack of customer care once paid for job.
