The job remained incomplete, and I had to repeatedly contact them get the work finished. All I received were excuses, such as the fitters being off sick or waiting for parts. My mistake was making interim payments, as once they had most of the money, they seemed to lose interest. I sent numerous polite emails and made calls, asking them to return and complete the job, as I was reluctant to leave a negative review. Unfortunately, I'm very disappointed with the experience.
Booked to come out to quote, staying in and they didn't bother turning up or calling, I rang them and said they'll find out when they would arrive, they never got back to me. Rang then to rearrange and left a voicemail as-well as text message, ignored both!
Very polite guy. His price was far too expensive. Looking elsewhere
