I needed my garden shed removing, because it had begun to deteriorate, and there was almost a forest growing around it. The young man who completed the work did a grand job. He dismantled the shed in a very short time, and he took it all away from the site. I will need my garage re-roofing in the spring, and have decide to give the work to BSM. I highly recommend this company.

Wow what a fantastic job and a fantastic guy. Liam comunicated with me all the way through from start to finish sending me updates and pictures of all the jobs I had asked him to do. When he installed the gates and storage box he did it all on his own in the freezing cold rain and has done such a great job. Booked work in, didn't turn up. Rescheduled, didn't turn up. Rescheduled again, didn't turn up. Very poor communication. Wouldn't refund my payment (£840) and now ignoring text messages. Very disappointing. I'm going to have to raise a dispute to get my money back.

Do not use this trader. I have used Wayne in the past and he completed the job as quoted. Re-booked again this Easter to supply and fit carpet. He took the cash (over £1000) and we have been unable to contact him since. Currently going through small claims to try and get our money back.
Very friendly always on time, excellent on electrics but also did some tiling for me which he is not so good at. To be fair his price for the tiling was very reasonable but his price for electrics seemed very high for what he did.

Owen Jones mishandled my house rewire while I was in lockdown in England and could not supervise. He left work unfinished (which I could not tell by the pics he sent so I paid for complete job), He left live wire outside where my outside light should have been installed, he left the electrical socket box on the wet floor behind my washing machine. He did not re-connect my jetted bath tub, nor did he provide me with a signed off certificate. I now have to hire another electrician. DO NOT HIRE
