Poor standard of work, damaged roof in multiple places and unsafe working practices. Can provide photographic evidence of all of the above

Very unhappy with work completed. Unsafe working practices by team. Roof has more leaks than prior to works starting Damage to asbestos panels Poor workmanship Optimal roofing now ignoring my attempts to contact them. I have had a full house refurb using many contractors and have never experienced anything resembling the appalling standards set by Optimal or their lack of attempt to resolve . DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I am now 1k out of pocket and will have to pay another contractor to fix damage caused

Hi I’ve never wrote a complaint about anybody before but I feel I must point out to everybody thinking of employing Steve jones of optimal plus. If this guy never ends up on rouge traders I will be shocked. He said he had 15 years of experience on roofing I find this so hard to believe. The rookie errors he made were embarrassing. Photos plus 10 min video available. Of him at work please just contact ratedpeople for proof.

RightRoof NW provided me with a quote once they had reviewed my job, they spoke to me to confirm their quote straight away, they provided me with a timeline as to when they could undertake the work and provided me with payment details. The reason for the high rating was due to the fact that they undertook the work at the agreed time and completed it within the timeline they specified. The standard of workmanship for the job was high. They did exactly what they said they were going to do for the price.

Steve turned up quickly after initial contact was made,quotation received when he promised it. The intention was to complete in 3/4 days from starting - a days delay in starting(although Steve arrived on starting date as promised) due to delay in skip delivery. Overall no complaints ,good job and attention to detail.Would recommend his company.
