Took on Super Mario to paint front door navy blue surroundings white. Unfortunately he painted everything navy blue. I pointed out his error so he over painted the navy with white. The first coat was obviously not properly dry so the result is a disaster. He promised to rectify the problem but had failed to appear. I will now have to employ another painter to sort the job......... but not from Rated People

And it ain't because of the reasonable price he asked me for my fridge, but because of the commitment he put in its job. He came to my place to collect the fridge and provided a friendly and honest quote. He also made a long test after the fix and he came back to deliver back the fridge 3 days later. Very personable guy and came round quickly to quote and measure up. Very flexible on when he came round. We were happy with the price. Unfortunately he booked in for installation and cancelled last minute twice e.g Friday at 9pm when due Sat morning. We then booked in for 6 weeks later to give extra time to ensure completion, cancelled again last minute the night before. Guaranteed us the following week and cancelled again. Very disappointing and wasted our time. He did give us our deposit back promptly.

Didn't turn up when they said they would. When they eventually arrived they did an awful job, left a huge scratch in our new worktop. Broke the frame of one of the cupboards, didn't use the bolts to join the worktops, silicone work was terrible...I could go on. Decided it wasn't worth the risk having them back to fix.
