Calum seemed helpful and competent on the phone, and may well be, given the other reviews. However, my experience is he didn't show up at the time we agreed on the phone, nor at any point later in the day, and did not get in touch before or afterwards to reschedule. I called (he has no answerphone) and messaged on this platform, but got no response.
