Seamus & team have transformed our home. They completely refurbished & remodelled our house supporting us with everything. They are highly skilled at the range of jobs. We have a new roof, electrics, plumbing, joinery, windows, doors, plastering, tiling, ceilings. Seamus himself is excellent at project managing making sure people are where they should be and he got the whole place painted and cleaned to a very high standard. I can't recommend him and his team highly enough. Thanks so much!

Kav contracts were great, hired them for my bathroom and it was done in a week- couldn't believe the speed. The tiling is some of the best I've ever seen too! Would highly recommend.

I cannot rate Kav Contracts highly enough. Seamus not only did a great job with the renovation, but he provided excellent advice from the very start, providing several different options, including ones that we hadn't even thought of. Seamus' entire team are friendly and professional, and worked extremely hard to renovate our entire flat, which included moving the kitchen to another room and building a shower room and en suite toilet out of a couple of cupboards. Highly recommended!

Good price, excellent communication on all aspects of job. Excellent workforce, job carried out to a very high standard, Clean and tidy workers, worked weekends at no extra cost to complete job. Cannot rate Seamus and his team highly enough will certainly use again. Would fully recommend this company.

Seamus and his team were fantastic. Seamus came out and had brilliant ideas for the property. Once a price was agreed it was stuck to and Seamus and his team done high quality work. Very reliable and no messing about. The full refurbishment was completed on shedule and i am very pleased with the results. I would highly recommend Seamus fantastic guy and workmanship.

I can't rate Kav Contracts highly enough! Full house renovation, done with absolute professionalism! Great team of guys! Seamus kept us well informed throughout, offered great advice top class finish to our house. Treated it as if he was doing his own. The price quoted at the start of the job was what we paid! never took even a part payment until well into the job, and installmeants at points throughout only when we were happy with progress! Would highly recommend to anyone for any job!! Top drawer! 5*!!

Excellent service in very distressing circumstances with kitchen ceiling collapsing from upstairs bathroom leak. Ceiling guys and plasteres excellent and very flexible in their visiting hours - evenings and weekends, as we both work. I'll be calling Seamus and his team if there is anything else we need.

Seamus and his team turned up when they said they would. They quoted within a couple of days and made an effort to fit the job in within the preferred timescale and completed the job quickly and efficiently. The finishing is of a very good standard and several unanticipated issues hidden behind previous tiling and plasterboarding were rectified properly without additional charge. Pricewise, the quote provided was actually slightly less than I had anticipated for the job. I would use Kav Contracts again.

Kav contracts fulfilled all my expectations from a company and a team of workers. Seamus and his team were friendly and courteous throughout and I didn't hear a swear word from any of them unlike other workers I have used. The finished job exceeded our expectation, not only giving us a watertight house but also a more modern look. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them, efficient and totally professional in all their dealings.

Very professional, straightforward and reliable. They turn up precisely on time and work hard for the full three hours period. They quickly established a routine so that I do not have to intervene, but can trust them to get on with the work. Easy going and friendly service.
