I AM TAKING THIS FIRM TO COURT!! They charged £300 for 5 mins work to repair a plastic pipe which then broke after a week, flooding my flat. They said they couldn't return to fix it for a few days so I had to hire another firm at £192 to fix what Prostar didn't. They promised to refund me but have lied and not paid. Be warned and avoid this firm.
