Michael is a thoroughly nice guy and a good plumber. He came to sort out a leak near my cistern. He found it, he sorted it and left everything in good shape. He even found a missing piece from the ballcock mechanism in the cistern and reinstalled it. I can recommend him wholeheartedly.
