We booked Jay in to do some work on all our radiators recently. He was prompt on arrival, assessed the work and was able to give us a price, time of delivery and duration of work. He completed all in good time as promised . He also gave tips on how to manage the system and assurance to return if there were any issues with the radiator system. The following day after I had a stopcock and pipework replaced by Jamie, I discovered that he had cut into another pipe when removing the old ones, causing a leak. I dont know for sure if he knew he had done this. I think he did, but judge for yourself based on the following. Over several days, I called his mobile, I left whatssapp messages, i sent several emails. No responses from any of them. Strange as they all seemed to be working when he contacted me to get the job.
