Plumbing Repair & Maintenance
Ian turned up promptly and did his examination and it was found and agreed that a new boiler was required. Ian arranged to be back and install the new boiler. Ian and his partner were very polite, kept me informed of the progress and overcome one small issue. Ian , when finished, cleared up and removed the old boiler and all packaging. Ian also resolved a few other minor plumbing problems I was having. Overall I would recommend and would use again.

Water Tanks and Immersion Heater
Unfortunately Ian Rogerson and his mate damaged a pipe during his visit and the steady drip now means that the ceiling below has to be fully replaced. Ian has refused to provide his registered address and insurance details. The loss assessors have agreed that this was his responsibility, and will chase for full recovery. Ian wrote that his work is fully guaranteed but the reality is something very different. Meanwhile I face the loss of a NCB and higher premiums, but will seek compensation.
