Gas Boiler - Installation
Booked to service my boiler for a 10am start. Never showed up. Emailed him and he gave me the excuse he forgot to put it in the diary and subsequently offered to do the job for half the price. All I want is someone to do a good job for the money I pay; that's why I tried Rated People. Why is it so difficult? Will try someone else.....

Hi Stephen,we are sorry,we did not reach our normal high standard,of service.I have spoken to the engineer,and I am confident it was a genuine,clerical slip up . He is a top rate engineer and always goes that extra mile for our customers,as his Many fine complements attest to.As you know we pay for the leads from rated people,so it makes no financial sense,not too turn up,for our appointments.once again we are very sorry and the offer of 50% reduction stands Microgen .

Gas Boiler - Installation
We called microgen after being the victim of a poor fitter. Kevin arrived on time, showed us his gas safe card on arrival, gave us a fair price considering the difficult task of sorting out someone else's poor fitting and got the job completed in good time. We have no hesitation in using this company again.
Plumbing Repair & Maintenance
After initial call and a promise to call me back on either the Monday or Tuesday I heard nothing. Hope their work is better than their reliability for anyone using them.

Hi tryed calling a number of times,no response ! I hate nuisance calls,and we are not a pushy company,so left it to the chap,to phone back,this he did not do.cant see what more we could do without being a pain.
