I had a professional experience from the first point of contact to the finish of the job. Jay & Jordan are both very knowledgeable, easy to talk to and stick to the agreement. It was a straight forward job, and that's exactly how they handled it. No complications. Handed over a clean and tidy site. Have asked them to quote for another job. The company was busted and the new owners didn’t take responsibility for the warranty on the previous jobs!! Absolutely ridiculous!
Following my posting of the job, Johnny was quickly in touch and we arranged a day and time for him to visit the property that was convenient to me. The job itself was done with minimum fuss, the end result is good and, all in all, this job was very good value for money.

The plumber Completed my bathroom, there was a leak under the bath. I called the plumber and he said he would be here on Friday to fix it. After a week I am still waiting. Been calling and texting the guy everyday but no reply. Terrible service from them!
