We hired ES Electrical to fit our new Kitchen and also added a toilet and shower unit downstairs. From the begening we found Harry and his Team to be very professional but also had have a very friendly approach. They listerned to our concearns during the process of the instillation and also gave us some good advice and ideas. We found them to be very tidy with their work and respected our property. Norbert rang straightaway to help with our kitchen. He was able to come out first thing the next day which was wonderful. He found a great solution to our problem and was able to fix it very quickly. Hired Boiler Beat Ltd via MyBuilder on a £300 quote to replace a full zone valve. On arrival, only the actuator head was changed (20 mins work) yet I was charged 2/3 of the cost. The actuator was left unscrewed with missing parts, wiring insulation was cut, and the valve operation remains unresolved. My messages since have been ignored. I will now need another engineer to complete the work and will be reporting the matter to Gas Safe.

Kyle misrepresented his credentials and failed to return to finish the job. He left me with a leaking cylinder and did not fit the compliant fire valve. This was 3 months ago and despite repeated efforts I can't get him to return and he has ghosted me. He also promised to certify the work but didnt. I believe this is because he is not a member of a CPS. He showed me a BPEC card but this is just to show he has done training , not that he is a member of a professional body. I am contacting trading standards
