The company is owned and managed by Norbert Michnowicz, who has 16 years experience as a plumber and gas/heating engineer, working for over 5 years with British Gas on boiler installations.

Turned out to be just a couple of small jobs but Norbert was able to come quickly and was very attentive and pleasant….and charged us very fairly
Radiator
Norbert has done an excellent job. He balanced the radiators, checked the pump, and explained how I could adjust the hot water and heating more efficiently. He advised me on what could be done in the long run to keep the system healthy. He also sealed a leaking lead pipe in a very awkward position. All the plumbing problems in the house were sorted in one go.
