Initial fast service was my first red flag. While the leak was resolved, the workmanship was poor. My regular engineer confirmed my fears, remarking "was it his first day soldering?" There was no proper insulation or sleeving. The replacement skirting board was the wrong model and improperly attached, despite me providing the correct details. I won't use this service again; the reason for their availability is clear. Two stars is generous.

We had a total hot water failure And chris and his guy did a amazing job same day and worked into the evening to get us back up and running Even cleaned up the plasterboard when it fell caused by the failure So happy Thank you Chris!
