Following initial problems with the work, the roofing guys returned to put right the shortfalls which closed the job satisfactorily. However I had to oversee the work completion myself via Google Translate due to no instructions and poor communications to the work team. I am very pleased to finally conclude the job, but still await receipt for full payment made. RG24

Why did you tell me that my money was in a secure bank account. Why did you tell me that materials were paid for to lock the price. Why have I needed to redecorate the whole house as the painting is a disaster. I have photos as proof and theres more. Too many to mention. You tell me that I need to pay for already paid for materials theres more.

Our driveways are always excavated to the right depth, and the sub base constructed in graded road stone, not cheaper sub base materials because they are not as good. We never use a nail where a bolt or screw will do better, because it lasts longer that way! With 30 years in the trade behind me we have the experience, knowledge, and contacts to get you the best materials and reasonable prices. The team first gave a competative quote for the work. A good start! They turned up on time, and then paid attention to my requirements before starting the job. They worked hard and efficiently together to get the job done. 7:30 AM to 18:00 without a break. The result was to professional standards. Would I recommend them? Yes, very much so! In fact I'm already planning to get them back to do another project for me. I think that statement really says it all.
Attended promptly but did not conplete all the work I asked for. Just changed a fuse and replaced a light switch. When I asked him to return to complete the work he was very reluctant to do so.

Do not use this trader. I have used Wayne in the past and he completed the job as quoted. Re-booked again this Easter to supply and fit carpet. He took the cash (over £1000) and we have been unable to contact him since. Currently going through small claims to try and get our money back.
