Dean and his mate scheduled the work in really promptly. Started on time, job completed to an excellent standard in two days. Front and back of house looks great, such a difference. Would definitely use again. Both really polite.

Dean provided a very competitive quote which I accepted. He arrived on time, did an exceptional job, fully sanded the cladding, applied three coats of fencelife + as specified, then went the extra mile by cleaning the plastic fascia. Looks as new again . Highly recommended. Thanks Dean & Scott.

I'm not impressed with after care service. I'm trying to contact Dean for months as our rendering, which he done is peeling off. I've phoned, WhatsApp and emailed. I also left a message with his wife.
D&K Property Maintenance were quick to respond and quote for work to clean and fix problems with the guttering on our large 3 story Victorian townhouse. I had to rearrange the work a number of times as I don't live close to the property, and the team were very understanding - in the end doing the work when I wasn't on the premises. This took a lot of trust from my part, but I was happy to pay for 50% of the finished work on photo's alone, and paid the balance 3 days later when I was able to visit.
