Engaged pro tech roofing, not happy at all with work. Agreed a price, then "up selling" on extras after work started which were not completed after paying full amount in good faith. Work still not completed , they damaged porch roof surface by not using protective covering, lots of aggro from the rep John. Have formally complained to Rated People and sent on photos and comments. Be very wary of engaging.

  Encountered big problems with this company (pro tech roofing). Not returned to complete work as promised after being paid in good faith. Damaged porch roof surface by not using protective covers.   Following initial problems with the work, the roofing guys returned to put right the shortfalls which closed the job satisfactorily. However I had to oversee the work completion myself via Google Translate due to no instructions and poor communications to the work team. I am very pleased to finally conclude the job, but still await receipt for full payment made. RG24

I was very pleased with the guttering and fascia replacement work that John and his team completed. They were punctual, pleasant worked hard and cleared at the end of each day. Initially, before the work commenced, I had a few concerns. I discussed these with John and he was quick to reassure me and answered all my queries. I would definitely recommend Protech Roofing to anyone who wants a good job done at a fair price.
