I want to express my disappointment with Charles from JnC Groundworks. I had written the review with the promise that he would return the following Monday to remove all leftover materials (which was part of the contract). This did not happen. Someone arrived over 2 months later to clear the leftovers but still left 2 pallets on my front lawn! This pitiful attempt to clear the leftovers only happened after many emails and phone calls, which he tried to ignore! DON'T pay until the job is FULLY completed!!

Excellent service, very professional, contacted me early in the day and was able to offer me an immediate start due to a cancellation. Well equipped, managed to erect the shed securely and safely as well as placing the base correctly. Cleared up behind themselves and left no mess, took away the packaging too! Couldn't fault them, lovely workers, very polite and effective. Thank you for your help today. Excellent job and I would not hesitate to recommend. Thanks guys!

The company was busted and the new owners didn’t take responsibility for the warranty on the previous jobs!! Absolutely ridiculous!

John was very friendly, talked through the job and what was involved. His workmanship was professional and to a very good quality standard. He does a wide range of jobs so will use again. Can highly recommend.

Hired Daniel to paint the back fence and shed. Great communication from the first contact and a good price. Turned up on time and worked diligently all day - Leaving everything nice and clean when done. Already have him coming back for some extra work and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

John came out, gave me a quote and came out the following week. He took before and after pictures, which he showed me. I paid in cash with 6 that a receipt would be emailed to me that did not happen. 2. Weeks later, I rained, and I still had water coming in at the same place. Called him, and he said he would come out. After numerous calls and texts, I am still waiting. Not good customer service

Very Happy with the work done guys worked hard and Hugh was Happy to answer any questions I had. Hugh was very knowledgeable and friendly and job was done to a very good standard. I would have no hesitation in hiring him again

They replied quickly and commenced work 2 days after receiving quote. Turned up on time farther an son working together very polite. Whole job cost £900 for painting and some rendering of front and back of terraced house and there was a few bits of woodwork which was overlooked. It took them two days and it seemed to be rushed at end so hence the overlook of arch by front door.

Jim and his son worked on my roof and gutters , Did a really good job they are genuine tradespeople they explained everything that needed to be done and give me a accurate quote they came to my home when they said they would and got on with the job, pleased with the workmanship, would certainly have no hesitation in using McMillans again!

Gary did a great job repairing my drive which the blocks had moved due to concrete all broken he replaced with new edges and put the blocks back in place looking fab.thanks again Gary would highly recommend for a number of projects

I really wouldn’t recommend these guys. The work they did was shoddy with lots of cut corners. Couldn’t even cut the flooring pieces in a straight line. So disappointed with the finish they did.
