Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. The work was all carried out as agreed quickly and he worked long days to get it all done. The changes we made were added onto our bill at the end and were far lower than I had been expecting. They started work that afternoon and completed the next evening (I had been waiting over 3 months for the builder who I fired to complete these jobs)! Plumber was unable to remove bath facia to fit new taps, he did manage to solve the problem by fitting part of a new set of taps. The facia was damaged, it has been removed and is being repainted.
