Contractors made arrangements to call, arrived on time, they seemed very nice & efficient; however we did not receive a quote as promised, when I queried it; he apologized saying he thought he had emailed me to say it would be late as he had broken his collarbone. Communication was excellent – he kept me informed throughout, explained all the details clearly, and made sure I was happy at every stage. He supplied and fitted an interior bedroom door upstairs, including hinges, handle, and lock, and did so to a very high standard. The alignment and finish of the door were spot on, and everything works perfectly. All of this was done at a fair and reasonable price.
