Wooden Doors - External
No work was ever started. I Emailed Jean to delay the work by one week due to injury well before job was due to start, She then apparently missed the email and immediately cancelled the work without discussion. deposit was sent back in full once £300 of materials were sent back to suppliers which was done within a week from jean cancelling. I kept Jean up to date with exactly when the money would be back with her which she ignored. Happy the issue is resolve but no work was ever started or completed.

This workman was a total waste of time! I spoke to him on 1st June. He could not do the job until mid July but I was willing to wait. I paid him the £150 deposit straightaway. The day before he was due to come I contacted him as I was expecting him to confirm. I was met with lots of excuses. Even saying he thought he emailed me! Could we put the job off for 2 weeks. As I had to chase him to find out if he was coming I said no! It then took over 2 weeks to get my money back. Don’t waste your time!

Garden Shed / Playhouse
Harry fitted a gate and feathered edging to the side of my bungalow. After sending over a very comprehensive quote. Work carried out to a high standard and in a timely manner. He kept me informed of estimated time of arrival after becoming delayed in traffic on route. I have already recieved another qoute for an additional job. Would not hesitate to recommend Harry to friends and family.
Wooden Staircases
We had a broken stair on top of the staircase we posted the work. On the night, Harry gave us a quote via photographs, which we accepted. He arrived the following morning on time. He was efficient; friendly and explained the work he was doing. He did the work and as it was not as complicated as he first anticipated, he lowered his quote. I find this very refreshing and honest as we would not have had any inkling. Once again, thank you Harry
