I have the photos to show the blocked drain caused by the solid mortar. The drain specialist that attended my property confirmed it and documented it in the paperwork I received. John came out & had a look at the job & we agreed a price. I showed him the access & he said there were no problems with getting a grinder in. On the day, he sent someone else who felled the tree but left the stump. I let him know that the agreement was to grind the stump and he advised that his grinder could not do the job. I paid up because John seemed okay & I thought I could sort it out with him later. At first, it seemed likely, but he has since stopped answering. I wouldn't recommend JTS to anyone,

Luke and his team were superb from the off. He gave a competitive quote, fitted us in between jobs quickly and completed the work promptly and professionally. The team he left on site were not only skilled landscapers but also very decent people, cleaned up each night and tidied away fully before leaving. Could not recommend highly enough.
I do not usually leave reviews but to protect other customers this is a review worth leaving. Please do not use this builder, he was incompetent and did not manage to complete any of the works to a suitable standard. On top of this he fitted a new tap on my bath tub but did not connect the waste pipe and as a result caused a leak which effected the apartment below. Tiling and shower door were not fitted correctly and these were straight forward jobs and have to be redone.
