Spoke to them, then emailed pictures and details as requested. After 3 days chased and they said it had gone into their junk email, but would quote with 2 hours. 4 days later they had still not called and said they had not had time to look at it.

Commissioned to repair a hob; supposedly repaired the hob only to find that he hadn't! If that wasn't bad enough, in fixing the hob, he had done something that meant every time the oven was switched on, it caused the electrics to keep tripping at the mains. Communication absolutely non-existent - tried contacting him but no response

The guys were absolutely brilliant. They came round and within 20 minutes they knew what was wrong. They had a new boiler ordered and picked up that night and came back first thing the next day to fix it. Honest, friendly and had my new boiler fitted within a few hours.
