  Very responsive, reliable and friendly. My boiler was broken, they called me a few minutes after I posted the job on RatedPeople, came a few hours later and fixed it quickly but also taking the time to explain all the steps they were taking and why the boiler had broken down. Highly recommended.

Dave and Brian did a sterling job on a new boiler fitting at our flat - we just moved in and had a nr. 20 yr old boiler on its last legs. Broadoak's quote was extremely competiti, and they turned the job around in a heartbeat. All along the way Brian and Dave communicated well, showing their expertise in handling the removal of an old system and providing a quick and reliable new one.
