Was very professional. Even though the request was not possible he did take a look and explain what could/could not be done.
I had 4 light fittings installed and one of those were moved. Also a electric plug socket moved. I'm was really impressed by the quality of workmanship and highly recommend Paul. I will be using his services again. Very reasonably priced, on time and cleaned up well.
