A small firm that gave excellent value for good results. I asked for the re-building and extension to steep terracing in my back garden using wooden sleepers. I was estimated for the completed job with no 'hourly/daily rates' and flexibility as to sourcing my own materials. I am very pleased with the finished work and would recommend Andy Mann Property Services.

I used Andy Mann for repairs to a couple of rental properties. I gave the tenants phone numbers and they liaised directly to arrange convenient times to be able to give quotes for and then carry out the work required. I found they were very easy to deal with and was more than happy with the service I received and the cost of the work needed seemed fair and reasonable. Would definitely contact again for future work.
