Hello Les, I would like to think £250 to trim out the rafters and fit the velux would cover that cost-however you will need to add on the cost of the following points.:- 1) Scaffold 2) The Velux 3) Plastering to the inside This will all depend on the site circumstances. Put your job on rated people at a budget of £1000 and see how you get on. Regards Michael
