If I could rate below zero, I would. Once he had accepted the job it was difficult to achieve his attendance. He did not complete the work, insisting that he "Didn't do painting", he had, however, quoted for painting. He did not actually fit the items quoted for, but the door and windowframe casement are, in my opinion, unacceptable. Difficult to quote on price as only one quote received.

If anyone is looking for a carpenter I would thoroughly recommend Kevin and Mark at KM Installations. Based in Kirkcaldy but travelled through to us near Falkirk. I initially had them out to quote for work on some windows but established they would be able to help with a bigger job that turned into a massive job! They took it in there stride and did an amazing job. Good communication, competitively priced and excellent workmanship. Will be my first port of call for any work we need done in the future.

So grateful we worked with Michael in our new flat! He was lovely and communicated with me by phone throughout. Most importantly he did a great job on removing build in cabinets and a stud wall. The quote was very reasonable and accurate too. Thanks Michael!
