A plumbing repair to U Bend under sink

I had a plumbing repair to my U Bend under sink costing £90 (was told this was normal call out charge) it did not take long to repair with tape, but it is now leaking. All I know is the name of the person contacted via rated people is Neil and I paid by bank transfer while he was here. The repair was carried out on 11th February, but I have only just found the leak which is coming from the same U Bend and I am very reluctant to pay out again in such a short time span for same job, so what should I do. I have no idea how to contact this Neil who carried out the job as I did not get an invoice or receipt other than bank record. My job was raised on this site and he contacted me via phone call.

Hi Eileen, so sorry to hear this. If log into your account and look through the job(s) you have requested you should be able to find Neil and his company and then my advice is to contact him.
