Jack and Ryan visited our property in April to remove 3/4 tonnes of stone, level, remove block-work, lay new top soil and finally cut fresh turf to cover our garden. They came on time, worked relentlessly and did a first-class job. I booked holidays from work, so lost them. Eventually text me to say he will start the following week. No communication since them even though I have tried several times.

Someone came straight away to give an estimate and then came the following day to do the job. Came on time and worked solidly until job was completed. My bathroom hasn't been as clean since the day it was fitted. They offered an extra to the job as booked which was something I was happy to pay a little extra for but there was no pressure. I will use this firm again.

Originally the man was our hero, baby fast approaching and no floor,He priced up the job and came two days later! Fantastic! But then what a turn it took, Lawrence had to come back a second time to do our beading and fit a customized threshold, the beading came away next day and he never did fit the threshold after promising six times he would come, but never did. Real shame as started off so well. He has now blocked us from calling and owes us £50 which i paid in advance, more fool me.
