If you want building work done then GN Building Services are brilliant, not just excellent!. Before we said to go ahead he had introduced us to four former clients and showed us the work completed. He and his team are probably the hardest working tradesmen I have ever come across and talk about working to time and budget. I should really keep this review quiet as they are very much in demand and I need some more work doing - but I can not rate them highly enough.

Job didn't last long, started leaking again when it rained heavy. wasted money. Another company looked at the chimney and flat roof and politely described the job as done by cons, using this site to get quick cash from urgent jobs, which if not done professionally costs more in the long run. The banter is part of the deception.

We had this work undertaken 6 months ago. We have since had work undertaken by 2 other electricians in the house. Both electricians said the work undertaken by Mirek was both illegal and dangerous. We said we did not require a part P certificate to be issued as we didn't intend to move but expected the work to at least be of that quality. Work has had to be completely re-done. Very disappointed.

After coming into contact with the loftzone product 2 years ago we decided to set up Loft Worx. We can create safe additional storage in often unused lofts spaces. Loftzone is a patented raised flooring system which allows boarding to be installed over obsticals (wiring & pipework) more importantly over loft insulation. Value for money did a whole house rewire and data cabling and shower installation. There was no fault in his commitment to get the job done within the asked timescale to even staying until 9pm to get it done. 4 weeks later and everything is still working. Work is guaranteed.
