Our £5k bathroom is ruined due to the unprofessionalism of TAPS - from start to finish its been a disaster. We are now left with leaks under our bath, which has fused the kitchen lights as the water has come thru the ceiling, a toilet that wobbles and a chrome radiator that he fitted with brass elbows. Professional!! Every opportunity has been give for Don to fix this put our correspondence is just ignored. So everyone be warned!!

I employed this gardener because of earlier reviews. I wanted borders dug ready for planting; old turf removed and new turf laid. All of the work done was extremely poor - especially the turfing. The turf was not done properly - I complained as it was being laid and told that they knew what they were doing. I have had 12 weeks of stress before finally coming to an agreement. My initial review was removed. I hope this one isn't so that other people are warned before employing him to do similar work.

Best tradesmen I have ever used - good price, reliable and they did a great job. They also had a wide range of skills and could do additional jobs I required. They had great ideas and were also very clean - always tidied up each night and even brought their own kettle and coffee. I would definitely recommend them and am happy to provide a reference.

Would recommend this company, came out and provided and fitted a new combi boiler the day after he came to quote, having no heating or hot water they worked till after 8 pm just to get it fitted and working, couldn't have asked for more.

I was happy to employ Adam Bardsley of A.R.B. Electrical Solutions after speaking to him on the phone and I was not disappointed. He replaced the broken light at the front door and suggested an alternative light for the rear (which I had never considered) and even replaced a couple of sockets. He was extremely pleasant and, although the jobs were relatively small, he did an excellent job. I would not hesitate to have him back or recommend him to anyone else.
