Loved Les! You can tell he's a complete professional and definitely knows what he's doing. He also offered to fix some other bit that needed doing around the house. I will recommend him to everyone who asks me for a plumber or even if they don't! I googled him and found this very interesting article about him, first hit when googling "les osborne" boiler .

Les came promptly to carry out an annual Gas Safe check. His comments about a dodgy gas fire were reassuring (he knows his stuff!) and the rest of his work was entirely satisfactory.

Mr. Osborn arrived at the time arranged and was very professional with his presentation. He recommended I check the gas safe register and supplied the contact details, he is currently registered. I cannot rate his work as I have had to cancel the job through unforseen circumstances, he was very understanding when I told him this. Peter PL9
