Ruben, was polite and professional. Sorted all the radiators and magnaclean, as well as an extra issue we found on the day. There were a couple of balancing issues once the work was complete, but Ruben revisited several times until it was 100%. No complaints at all. Would recommend.
Bathroom Installation
Put job on rated people in as “under £500”. He said £360 day rate and that it would take a day. We agreed date and time, I made it clear how important that date was as had viewings on the flat the day after. 36 hours before the start of the job he said “btw there’s two of us so it’s actually £720 or cash in hand for £590“. I asked if he could do it for £500. He ignored my messages then cancelled 30 mins before he was due to arrive, leaving us stuffed 24 hours before viewings. Please, please avoid.

Can’t comment on Quality or Value, but question reliability as they have made no attempt to contact me since the job was posted. I have now found another plumber independently from Rated People
