Very professional, very friendly, really think about what you want and are ready & able to have a helpful, constructive discussion. Perfect for my elderly mother, who just can't manage her garden any more and wants to maintain it in a partnership with help. They looked at her photos of how it used to be, listened to what she wanted, and developed a plan with her.
