It was great to get someone to come to check out the work needed when he said he would, give a quoted for the work within a couple of hours of seeing the job and even better he turned up when he said he would. Such a change from the two people who failed to get back in touch, give a quote or even said they wouldn’t do it. Derren was very professional, tidy and pleasant to do business with.
