Arrived when he said he would. Examined whole area and explained in easy terms what needed done. Then carried out job next day after agreeing estimate of cost.

Dougie came to clean my gutters and seal some drips. He was on time. After I paid him he had not fixed the dripping joints. I called him 3 times he assured me he would be back but never came. I have since climbed a ladder myself to check and he had also left moss in the gutters he was supposed to clean.

Dougie was absolutely brilliant, he came to do the job within a day of speaking to him. He did an inspection, sent through photos and carried out the job at hand. I wouldn’t hesitate to reach out to Dougie again for more work.

Came round promptly, gave a reasonable quote and did a good job a few days later. Would use again (as we live halfway up a pretty windy hill, this will be sooner rather than later!)
