Complete Bathroom Refurbishment
James & Jackson were polite, tidy & did great work on our full bathroom refurbishment, correcting some mistakes that were made during install without complaint. On the day they finished, I would have given them 5 stars. However, over 6mths later we are still waiting on a correction to the plumbing which is causing an issue with our shower. I think this could have been foreseen & we have ended up paying £400 to get it corrected as they either ignore my calls/messages or promise to visit then never show.

This could have been foreseen & we have ended up paying over £1000 to get it corrected as they either ignore my calls/messages or promise to visit then never show.

Complete Bathroom Refurbishment
I contacted Anthony James Bathrooms for a quote for a full refurbishment of my bathroom which included a wet room. James came round and inspected the job and gave a reasonable quote with a scheduled start date. The work was started by James and his team on time and finished on schedule to a very professional standard. We are really pleased with the outcome, look and feel and would definitely recommend Antony James Bathrooms.
