Time waster. Agreed to do the job - the day he was supposed to arrive apparently the weather didn't look good (we had 3 days of sunshine) The next time his van had a fuel leak (the day after england lost the euros) When we arranged for the third time he then offered £50 off the quote and you guessed it didn't turn up. I would not recommend this person or ever engage with them again.

  Hi Kerry, thank you for taking your time to advising me where to improve. As explained via text, the weather was bad on the original date (in fact all that weekend it rained). Monday, I did have a fault with my van, I sent you proof of this. Unfortunately, sometimes things happen out of our control, I offered a £50 compensation out of good will, as I take pride in having satisfied customers. After your husband found my Facebook and laughed at my posts, I made the choice I was not the right builder for you.

  It rained on the Tuesday you were scheduled to come on the Wednesday, Thursday and Friday which were all dry days. Your 'proof' of your van was a photo of a van outside a building which proved nothing. You offered the compensation and then failed to turn up with no notice at which point we decided we'd had enough of being messed around. And you can't even get my name right.

My experience of a kitchen window enlargement wasn’t good. Fair enough Kieron had a lot of health issues which meant the two-week job took over two months but the finish wasn't good and I was left with quite a few problems.

Kieron and the team were absolutely amazing! It’s the first big project we have had to do since becoming home owners and could not have asked for better! He kept us in the loop with what was happening, gave us an honest quote for work and the finish and cleanup has been outstanding. Luckily I was able to find Kieron and his team who from the get go make you feel comfortable no matter the complexity of the project.
