Preston was great at getting in touch initially. On the day of the boiler service he contacted me to ask if I had a CO2 alarm, but gave me 30mins to reply. I replied in 40 and he cancelled the job, We rearranged for a week later and he never showed up.

The engineer responded within 2days of my job being posted and carried out the work 2 days later, much sooner than I expected. He was very pleasant and polite and carried out the work quickly efficiently. I would definitely recommend him. He even put covers over his shoes.
