Fitting of new bathroom and boiler. All work carried out to a high standard of quality. very tidy workmanship. Very pleased with the work carried out and would recommend.
Complete Bathroom Refurbishment
Installing water softener, supplying new hot water cylinder+relocate into loft, and bathroom refurb took almost 10 WEEKS! Bathroom items we'd paid for weren't supplied on time. Water softener was incorrectly installed, another plumber has re-done. Hot water didn't work as thermostat not tested. Leak in loft, basin taps wrongly installed ,leaking shower head,list goes on, was us 'being picky’!Owner only focus is getting money out of you as quickly as possible. Wouldn't use this company to change a tap washer

Delay on bathroom product due to customer choosing different item after starting , The customer also delay our team half way through the project as he wanted to have a new bathroom floor fitted and floor fitters were not available when we were doing the work due to this being a after thought from the customer. our work was done to very high standard and there was no issues with with work apart from manufacturer faulty which were quickly rectified If there anything else we can help please. 2 day delay on the floor being laid, but enough work to do for you anyway. After sign off, we had to call you back 6x to rectify poor workman. After, we gave up and employed another plumber. To call your work High Standard is laughable to say the least. Please rest assured there is absolutely nothing in this world you could help us with, Thank you

Please check your emails. We send you the specification for the bathroom on the 27.07.23 and you started the job on the 25.09.23.
Troy and his team did a fantastic full bathroom refit for us. Could not recommend enough! Good workmanship, skill, professionalism and communication from start to finish. Also impressed with time frame it was completed in and good tidy up. Very happy with overall job and price which was the same as quoted.
