Called at 12 midday, job was priced and completed before 530pm! Got one other quote, which was roughly same amount of money. Give roof a check over ( loved the idea, he used a drone, brilliant idea). Did a good job at a fair price and I didn’t have to wait weeks! No nonsense got job done. Very pleased with full service. I’ll be using him again in future.( I’m a landlord who needs a roofer every year or so)
Flat Roof - Installation / Repair
Came out quickly and gave a price. Was very friendly and helpful and could do the job the next day, but was sadly 25% higher than a contractor sourced elsewhere who could fit the job in 48 hours later. In the current economic climate that that 25% differential in price was critical. As a landlord and property developer price is equally as important as reliability and quality of work. Will contact for future quotes on other properties though.
