Sam done the job and I was very emphatic that I would only employ someone that gives a guarantee for work as he is the 3rd plumber in 6 months for the same leak around the bath! He gave one for 12 months. The leaking started again within a fortnight, I call him. It was hard for him to come out immediately (circumstances beyond his control) so I waited a few weeks and eventually he did. But the leak still exists and hes not answering anymore so will have to pay out again for someone ELSE.
