Laminate Flooring
My job for Stefan was fitting 4m? of LVT flooring in my loft en-suite shower room. Wall edges were straight but the flooring needed to fit around a 900mm quadrant shower tray. The fit of the flooring around all edges, not just the shower tray, falls short of satisfactory but he advised me to buy sealant and finish the job myself. I have contacted another flooring contractor to see if he can salvage the job and make it more acceptable to a reasonable standard. Overall I am very disappointed with his work.

I’m sorry to hear you are disappointed but it’s not my fault cause the shower was already installed and sealant all around and fixed on the floor I advised you to luck out for a sealant same colour with the floor it’s normally to remain a gap between the shower and floor other way you cannot install he ned to have a gap and I advised you to buy sealant and i could fixed for you

And by the way when I finish and I told you about sealant you didn’t say nothing you said O it’s luck perfect very nice good job Once again I’m sorry you was disappointed and if you need sealant and you already have the sealant give me a ring and i can sorted for you

Why you not telling too the plumber to not install the shower like you did with toilet and sink and all flooring was luck perfect by the end

I’m so impressed with Stefan’s craftsmanship. He fitted laminate flooring in my hallway. I’d had several quotes, yet chose Stefan as he was very clear on what the job would require and asked all the right questions. His integrity was evident.
